Around the open fire, <span class=\"s1\"><b>souvas<\/b><\/span> is prepared \u2013 a traditional S\u00e1mi dish of lightly smoked reindeer, deer and moose, served with vegetables.<\/p>\r\n<p class=\"p1\">While the food is cooking, our guide shares stories of S\u00e1mi culture, Lapland\u2019s history and life in northern Sweden. The fire, the aromas and the surrounding nature create a warm, relaxed start to the evening.<\/p>\r\n<p class=\"p1\">After dinner, we set off by minibus to search for the Northern Lights. Our guides choose locations based on the evening\u2019s weather and conditions to give you the best possible chance of seeing the aurora. When it appears, we stop to soak it all in and take photos.
