How it works

We help you from start to finish

  1. We pick you up at your chosen pickup location
  2. The guide will tell you where the tour will go and why we have chosen this location.
  3. During the trip, the guide will tell you about the Northern Lights and history
  4. We can make one or several stops based on weather changes
  5. Sometimes we may receive reports of better conditions elsewhere, then plans can change, for example if northern lights appear on the way to our destination
  6. We walk at most 1 km from the bus
  7. The tour ends after about 5 hours at Stadshustorget with drop-off before at the Norrmalm bus stop at Best Western Arctic Eden
Note: The tour is not suitable for children under 5 years and we are unfortunately unable to accommodate wheelchairs on this tour.
Cancellation policy: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure. Less than 24 hours, there is no refund

Questions and answers

Yes, you can always go to the bus and warm up.

It depends on whether we’re running the tour with a large or small bus. The large bus has a toilet, but the small bus does not. The size of the bus depends on how many people have booked, so we can’t promise that there will be a toilet on the bus.

Yes, Kiruna and its surroundings are perfectly located in the aurora oval, so even at a low KP, there can be a wonderful aurora borealis

No, it has nothing to do with it being cold. What is required is a dark, clear to partly clear sky and activity from the sun.

Unfortunately not. We are unable to accommodate wheelchairs on the bus, and sometimes a bit of walking is required.

From mid-September to the end of March, it’s dark enough to run our tours.

Because we are a diversified company, we can offer products at a lower price without compromising the quality of the product.
