For those who really want to learn to drive a snowmobile in varying snow conditions and experience mountains and environments that would otherwise take days to reach on foot.
You’ll drive a state-of-the-art and eco-friendly snowmobile, and the guide from Outback Abisko will give you instructions on safety and driving technique before we set off. We drive along the King’s Trail up to Lake Abiskojaure. We cross the lake and continue along the upper part of the Gámaeatnu River. During the tour, we take a break and enjoy Swedish fika with coffee, hot drinks, and cookies. With a bit of luck, we might spot wildlife in the national park. We travel in small groups of up to eight people to ensure an exclusive experience. There’s time to take photos along the way. If you choose to share a snowmobile, you’ll have the opportunity to switch drivers during the tour.
Minimum age for the tour is 8 years.
